Initial Photo Review
Send us a few clear photos and dimensions. We’ll analyze the piece and provide a rough price range and restoration ideas within 24–48 hours.
Deep Assessment (Online or In-Person)
To finalize the plan, we’ll do a detailed "walk-through." This can be a high-res video call (Zoom/WhatsApp), a detailed video you record for us, or an in-person visit to our Narva workshop. We inspect joints, finish, and structural integrity.
Custom Design & Tech Plan
We agree on the final look: colors, oils, and any modern upgrades like integrated LED lighting or hidden chargers. Once the plan is set, we confirm the final price and timeline.
Workshop Time & Logistics
You can bring the piece to us, or we can arrange a professional pick-up. During the process, we can send you "work-in-progress" updates so you can see your furniture’s transformation.
